HealthcareLink Trust in Melbourne is seeking a Medical Officer for Phase 1 clinical research to join a dedicated early-phase team. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a transparent path into clinical trial leadership, working on healthy volunteer studies and oversight.

You will perform medical oversight, screening and safety monitoring, collaborate with nursing and sponsor teams, and support protocol/GCP delivery. PGY3+ and AHPRA registration are required.
