The Club at Parkwood Village on the Gold Coast is seeking a Reception and Group Booking Coordinator to be the first point of contact for members, guests and event organisers, working with the Sales team to convert enquiries into bookings. You will manage the bookings diary, handle group enquiries, and ensure gaming service compliance while delivering a warm, effective service across a rotating roster.

You will build relationships with repeat organisers, seek new group business, and report weekly
