What You'll Be Doing
Help drive project performance by supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across major projects
Partner with project teams to identify risks, solve problems and find opportunities to improve commercial outcomes
Work across contracts and procurement to help keep projects running smoothly, compliantly and efficiently
Communicate with impact by sharing insights with stakeholders and helping to resolve issues with confidence and clarityBuild your expertise in finance, commercial management and cross-functional collaboration, with support from experienced mentors and leaders
About You

A degree inAccounting
An interest in commercial project management, contracts, risk and financial performance
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, initiative and an interest in innovation, AI and new ways of working
To be eligible for our graduate program, you'll need to be an Australian or Recent Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency at the time of application.
