Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to coordinate onsite/on-call end-user support in Hervey Bay.
This role ensures timely, accurate service delivery within the desktop computing environment.
You will troubleshoot Windows *****, Intune, cloud vs. local apps, and collaborate with app owners to resolve issues.
Proficiency in AD, Group Policies, and PowerShell is required; solid customer service and documentation are essential.
