Think 2 Be Group in Perth, WA, AU is seeking an experienced Operations & Executive Assistant to support the COO, Directors and Advisory Board.
The role blends executive support with hands-on operational administration, acting as the central administrative hub for the group.
We offer part time arrangements from 0.4 FTE, roughly 60% office-based with some remote flexibility.
The ideal candidate will manage calendars, board briefs, financials in Xero, and project coordination.
