Now we're looking for someone just as passionate to step into the role and make it their own.
This is a rare chance to start with a proper handover.
You'll begin on Tuesday 6 October and train side-by-side with our current Spa Manager.
She'll show you our systems, our team and the little details that make Temple Day Spa special, so you'll be set up to succeed from day one.
About the role
This is a hands-on, full-time role (40 hours per week - 4 days at Unley, and 1 day at Semaphore) reporting directly to our Founder & CEO.
You'll make sure clients are looked after, calendars are full and the team has what it needs to do great work.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Client experience & reception
Giving exceptional front-of-house service: check-ins, bookings and enquiries
Making sure phones are answered quickly and no callback is left waiting
Handling group booking enquiries promptly and professionally
Encouraging rebookings, upgrades and premium treatments
Operations
Keeping both spas presented to our 5-star standard
Managing our booking system (Timely), including calendar optimisation, scheduling weeks ahead and daily updates




Reviewing the waitlist daily and filling cancellations and gapsFollowing up non-payments and lost online bookings
Handling banking, the PO Box, stationery stock and weekly stock requests across both sites
Reporting maintenance issues and escalating them where needed
Team leadership
Supporting, inspiring and coaching staff to meet high standards and agreed metrics
Training the team in upselling, rebooking, treatment knowledge and Timely
Building a strong waitlist culture and holding the reception team accountable for it
Helping with rosters, sick leave and onboarding new staff
Sales & reporting
Driving add-ons, upgrades, retail, gift vouchers and current promotions
Keeping communication smooth between both locations
Sending a weekly operations report to the CEO covering the team, clients, maintenance, trends and banking reconciliation
ABOUT YOU
Experience in spa, salon, beauty, hospitality or retail management
A natural host who loves creating great client experiences
Confident with sales and comfortable coaching others to upsell and rebook
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and admin skills
Comfortable with booking systems (Timely experience is a big plus)
A clear communicator who raises issues early and follows through
Able to work across both our Unley (4 days) and Semaphore (1 day) locations
Available to start on Tuesday 6 October
