Job Description
UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families in Townsville invites you to join the Aspire Program as a Case Manager.
You will lead intake assessments, plan interventions and provide counselling to vulnerable youth, coordinating services and group activities to support wellbeing and housing stability.
This full time role requires trauma-informed practice and an undergraduate qualification in Social Work or Counselling, plus a valid Queensland driver's licence and Working with Children
