Sundale Ltd in Palmwoods is seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead the Palmwoods Care Centre, a 71-room home with a 14-bed MSU, reporting to the Operations Manager.
The role provides weekday, in office leadership to drive care quality, culture and performance in collaboration with the on-site Clinical Manager.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, governance, budgets and AN‐ACC targets while supporting staff development and resident-focused care across the home.
