Company Description WizeTherapy is a local Perth-based company founded in 2007.

We offer high quality, family-friendly supports tailored to the diverse and unique needs of the families and children we work with.

We offer a comprehensive, collaborative team approach with our experienced multidisciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants who collaborate closely with families and others to support children’s development and participation in their local communities. WizeTherapy’s vision is to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of infants, children and young people with disability, developmental difference or neurodivergence.

Role Description We are seeking Experienced or Developing Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who have a passion for working with children and young people and their families. We require a minimum FTE of 0.6 however you will have a high level of autonomy and flexibility in terms of how that looks, i ncluding WFH options and flexible hours.

We provide a gradual transition into the role, with comprehensive induction modules and weekly mentoring as you settle in and build your caseload. We have positions available across our Booragoon and Southern River regions, with centralised offices to connect with your co-workers and store resources. As a Wize therapist you will collaborate with families, caregivers,



and other team members to set goals, support skill development, and facilitate meaningful participation at home, school, and in the community.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology, with current or eligible registration/accreditation as applicable (e.g., AHPRA, SPA).
- Clinical skills or a robust interest in developing experience in providing family-centred paediatric supports including collaborative goal-setting, assessment and intervention in natural environments, evaluation of outcomes and documentation.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate skilled integrity, and contribute to a supportive, innovative and fun workplace.
- Organisational and time-management skills to manage a clinical caseload, maintain accurate documentation, and meet other service requirements.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, service improvement and innovation, openness to supervision and mentoring, and interest in developing advanced skills in paediatric disability and private practice.
- Current working rights in Australia, relevant clearances (e.g., Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check), and a valid driver’s license for community-based work is a must.
