Job Summary
We're currently hiring for various Front of House positions, including:
- Food and Beverage Servers
- Bartenders
- Hosts/Hostesses
- Restaurant Managers
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organised dining environment
- Collaborate with other FOH staff to ensure seamless service
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front of House role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
