We are seeking teams of two for ongoing STR/Airbnb holiday apartment cleaning across the central Gold Coast.

This is fixed-rate subcontractor work, not hourly employment. Each team must have at least one experienced cleaner capable of leading their team and maintaining cleaning standards. For the right teams, there may be opportunities to take on greater work volume and build/manage additional cleaning teams as demand grows.

Requirements Teams must have: -

- 2 cleaners, with at least one experienced team leader
- Reliable team transport - Own vacuum, mop and cleaning products
- A suitable trolley for transporting linen bags, amenities and equipment, or willingness to obtain one
- Smartphones for app checklists/photos
- Current work rights
- ABN

Availability Work generally starts around 9:30am, with teams available up to 5:00pm depending on workload. Teams may finish considerably earlier once allocated jobs are completed. Please provide the actual days you can regularly commit to. Greater availability may provide greater chance for consistent work. Sundays are highly valued.

The Work

Apartment sizes and workloads vary daily. Duties are provided through an app checklist and generally include:

- Full apartment turnover and guest-ready presentation
- Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Checking/cleaning under beds and couches, drawers and skirtings
- Oven and fridge wiped as required





- Stripping and making beds

- Collecting/returning linen and amenities

- Restocking guest supplies
- Completion photos and reporting property issues

Fixed Rates Teams are paid an agreed fixed rate per completed apartment.

Rates, experience, reliability and availability will all form part of the selection process. Please only apply as a team of two with at least one experienced cleaner capable of leading the team. Pay: $200.00 – $250.00 per day
