We are currently seeking a full time Lead Educator for our 2 to 3 year room, along with qualified Assistant and Support Educators for full time, part time and casual positions.

Our Lead Educator position is suited to an experienced, Diploma qualified Educator who is confident leading a room, supporting their team and delivering a high quality educational program.

For our Assistant and Support Educator positions, we welcome applications from Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators across a range of experience levels.

Please note, these positions are for qualified Educators only. Applicants must hold a completed ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification. We are not currently recruiting trainees or Educators who are working towards their qualification.

About you

Above everything else, we are looking for Educators who are highly nurturing, professional and genuinely passionate about children and Early Childhood Education.

To be considered, you will need to:

- Hold a completed ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card or be eligible to obtain one
- Have experience working within an Early Childhood setting
- Have knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Be professional, reliable and confident in your communication
- Work collaboratively as part of a team For the Lead Educator position, you will also need to hold an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification, have previous Early Childhood experience and be confident leading a room and supporting your team.
