You already know how facilities management works. You understand contractors, compliance, budgets, stakeholder expectations and the importance of keeping assets performing at a high standard. You're looking for a role where the quality of the portfolio matches your ambition. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-run portfolio supported by a team that genuinely understands facilities management. You'll work closely with clients, occupiers and service providers while delivering the high standards expected across some of Brisbane's leading industrial assets.

The portfolio is established, the foundations are strong and the team is highly regarded. What we're looking for now is a Facilities Manager who can build on that success, create confidence with stakeholders and continue delivering exceptional operational outcomes.

Here's What You'll Focus On

- Managing day-to-day facilities operations across a premium industrial portfolio
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers and service partners
- Managing contractor performance, service delivery and compliance outcomes
- Maintaining WHS, risk and statutory compliance requirements
- Supporting budgets, forecasting, reporting and financial performance across the portfolio
- Identifying opportunities to improve building operations,

Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful

- Facilities management experience across industrial, commercial, retail or similar asset classes
- Strong contractor management and service delivery experience
- Working knowledge of WHS, compliance and risk management frameworks
- Experience managing budgets, reporting and financial performance
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and building meaningful client relationships
- Strong organisation, judgement and accountability for follow-through
