About the Role

Outta The Box Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced and reliable Fence Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves the installation of a variety of fencing systems for residential and commercial clients while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation of Colorbond, tubular, timber, chain mesh, and other fencing systems
- Installation and adjustment of pedestrian and vehicle gates
- Measuring, marking, and setting out fence lines
- Digging post holes and setting fence posts accurately
- Reading and interpreting site plans and specifications
- Safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Site preparation and clean-up upon project completion
- Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements
- Previous fencing installation experience
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport




- Solid knowledge of fencing installation techniques
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation

Preferred Qualifications
- White Card
- Experience operating mini excavators or skid steers
- Welding experience
- Construction industry experience
