About the Role

Hume Support Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Female Support Worker to provide high-quality care to a client located in Heidelberg.

This position offers consistent, ongoing hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for predictable evening shifts within a supportive team workplace.

Shift Schedule

- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6 shifts per week)
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (3 hours per shift / 18 hours total per week)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with routine evening personal care, routine tasks, and settling in for the night
- Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs
- Maintain clear communication and accurate daily documentation
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and dignified environment at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

- Gender Requirement: Female applicant requested (Gender is a genuine occupational requirement for this role under Section 28 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010)




- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing (or equivalent industry experience)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable transportation to and from Heidelberg
