We currently have an chance for a Retirement Village Operations Manager. The successful candidate or organisation will join the Blue Haven Terralong team, with the contract expected to commence as soon as possible. Kiama Council, owner and operator of Blue Haven Terralong Retirement Village, is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to support retirement village management, operations and sales activities at Blue Haven Terralong.

What we offer...

- Temporary Full Time role - 12 Months , 35 hours per week
- Commencing annual package from $135,455 to $149,338 inc. super (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Market Allowance may be considered for the right candidate

What you'll need to be successful in the role...

- Experience in Retirement Village management or operations preferred
- Experience in either Sales, Marketing, Project Management




- Experience in a Property or Facilities Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NSW Retirement Villages Act 1999 NSW Retirement Villages Regulation 2017
