Casual Guest Services & Property Support Officer

You'll be based at our Mornington office, working with a Victorian team with new ownership, strong momentum and a clear plan for growth. This casual role supports guest services and property operations across our holiday home portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to guest enquiries before, during and after their stay
- Liaise with property owners, keeping them informed about their property, bookings and any maintenance or care needs
- Support check-ins and check-outs, including pre-arrival communication
- Coordinate turnover cleans and linen with our cleaning and laundry partners
- Inspect properties, check quality and report maintenance issues
- Restock supplies and present each property to our standard
- Keep bookings and notes accurate in our property management system
- Help the operations team with day-to-day tasks as they come up

About you

- Hospitality, short-stay, property or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Warm, professional and confident with guests




- Clear, courteous communicator with property owners, in writing and by phone
- Reliable, organised and sharp on detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Quick to learn recent systems
- Available weekends and school holidays, with flexibility for extra shifts
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
