About the role
Complete Staff Solutions are seeking a Finance and Investment Officer to support our Federal Government Client. The position will support the team's work on long-term strategy, investment decisions, equity funding arrangements, financial analysis, assurance, approvals, payments and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Analysis of quarterly subscription notices and equity requests under the Commonwealth Equity Funding Agreement
- Draft delegate approval documents and supporting assurance material
- Progress briefings, reporting and visual material
- Contributions to Senate Estimates material, equity profile reporting, share certificate tabling and ad hoc appropriation processes
- Financial analysis of products, finance plans, capital management strategy, debt market activities and investment proposals
- Risk,
regulatory and value-for-money assessments
- Evidence or input required for relevant review and audit processes
About you
- Experienced financial analysist
- Investment assurance experience
- Stakeholder engagement and excellent communication
- Ability to work with complex government or commercial information
