Level/ Classification: ASO4 Contract Type: Labour Hire Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extension TBC) Location: Canberra, ACT Indicative rate: $57.21 Per hour + Super Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check.
- Ability and willingness to obtain Baseline clearance

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process a high volume of Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial information and ensure timely processing and resolution of enquiries.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, providing professional and customer-focused support.
- Ensure all financial processing complies with relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and legislative requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues within finance processing workflows.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational and organisational goals.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Provide support and share knowledge with colleagues to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You We are looking for a finance professional who brings:
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial operations.
- Experience using financial processing systems such as Oracle R12, Converga P2P, WBC Corporate Online, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Good understanding of finance-related procedures, guidelines, compliance requirements and legislation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
