About The Role If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants a career where skill, precision and professionalism matter, this apprenticeship could be the chance you're looking for.

This is not your typical production machining environment. You'll be involved in creating prototype components, specialised tooling and precision-engineered parts that contribute to innovative projects and product development.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll learn advanced machining techniques while developing the practical knowledge and trade skills needed to become a qualified Engineering Tradesperson.

Every day presents a new challenge, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working to high standards and continually improving their skills.

What You'll Be Doing

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Operating CNC machines, lathes and milling machines
- Manufacturing precision components and prototype parts
- Using hand tools, precision measuring equipment and workshop machinery
- Assisting with fitting, assembly and modification of mechanical components
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Following safe work practices and workshop procedures
- Contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment

About You We're looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work, communicates professionally and genuinely wants to learn a skilled trade.

You may be a recent school leaver, someone looking for a practical career pathway, or an individual seeking to start a trade where quality workmanship and continuous learning are highly valued.

To Be Successful, You Will

- Have completed Year 10 or higher
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Have good problem-solving skills
