We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Food & Beverage professionals to bring their high standards, ability and skills to create a perfect dining experience for our valued guests.

Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming and greeting guests in a warm, qualified and attentive manner
- Providing personalised table service in line with fine dining standards
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrating detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and dietary requirements
- Assisting guests with menu selections and providing appropriate food and beverage recommendations
- Serving food and beverages professionally, ensuring correct presentation and timing
- Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with restaurant standards




- Ensuring all relevant laws and regulations are followed, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements

To be considered for this role you need to:

- Experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star establishment
- Knowledge of OH&S; and food hygiene standards
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
- Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Inter-personal and communication skills
- Impeccable level of self-presentation and grooming
- Passion to provide a superior and welcoming customer service experience
- Australian National Police Clearance, no more than 3 months old
