Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 4-years previous hospitality experience
- Current Valid RSA
- Ability to work around a 24/7 roster with wide-ranging events combining weekday and weekend events
- High volume cocktail bar experience is preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Service of premium beverages and cocktail making
- Display excellent customer service skills during an array of events
- General cleaning
- Service of food and beverage
- Engage in training and further learning tailored to the requirements of the venue
