Mantra Hobart Airport is looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service and being part of a busy hotel environment.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will assist with the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, ensuring our guests receive friendly and professional service.

Your duties may include

- Providing friendly and attentive service to hotel guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Assisting with breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions as required
- Maintaining a clean and presentable restaurant and service areas
- Following food safety, hygiene and hotel service standards
- Working closely with the wider hotel team

About You We are looking for someone who has:
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team




- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is desirable, but not essential

RSA certification is an essential requirement Hospitality experience is preferred, however, we are happy to consider applicants who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
