Redcape Hospitality is looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join the front-of-house team at The Orion Hotel in Springfield.

You’ll help deliver friendly service across our dining areas, from running meals and clearing tables to assisting guests and supporting drinks service, depending on your experience and training.

We welcome school students looking for after-school and weekend work, as well as applicants available during the week. Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter too.

What you’ll do

- Welcome guests and help with their requests
- Deliver meals promptly and accurately
- Clear plates and glassware, and reset tables
- Keep dining areas and service stations clean, stocked and organised
- Assist with drinks service where appropriate to your training and role
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service

What we’re looking for

- A friendly approach and willingness to learn
- Reliability and readiness to pitch in
- Strong teamwork, communication and attention to detail
- Confidence keeping up with an active, busy service
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful,



but not essential
- Availability for weekday and/or evening and weekend shifts, with your availability discussed during recruitment
