We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of CPS 230-related projects, ensuring compliance, operational resilience, and effective risk management outcomes within a complex enterprise environment.
Your recent role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering initiatives aligned to CPS 230 requirements. Working across business, risk, compliance and technology teams, you will drive project outcomes, manage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure delivery milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end project delivery within a CPS 230 or operational resilience program.
- Managing project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and reporting.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology.
- Engaging senior stakeholders, including Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology leaders.
- Supporting regulatory readiness, governance and audit activities.
- Ensuring effective change management and business adoption outcomes.




- Tracking project benefits and ensuring regulatory obligations are successfully delivered.

What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale regulatory, risk, resilience or compliance programs.
- Strong project management experience within financial services, insurance or other highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of CPS 230 Operational Risk Management requirements is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and executive-level communications.
- Strong governance, risk and reporting capabilities.
- Experience delivering projects involving operational resilience, business continuity, risk management or regulatory change.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are advantageous.
