As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook who is committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and presentation are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.





- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.

- Participate in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Indian restaurant or with Indian cuisine.

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

- Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
