Zarraffa’s Coffee is looking for an IT Support Officer to deliver Level 1/2 remote and in office technical help to retail stores and the corporate office in Queensland. You will install, configure and maintain computer systems and software, troubleshoot issues, and document all incidents and solutions for future reference.
The role requires knowledge of Microsoft environments, Office 365, Azure basics, and experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and RDP.
