PTC Phone Tech & Comm is hiring a Casual Customer Experience Team Member for the Casuarina Store. You will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, support sales, and learn basic mobile device repair skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

IRP certification is preferred; training is provided if not already possessed. You should be adaptable for weekend shifts and enjoy variety while helping customers find the right solutions.
