Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator- Power Generation Site
Cockburn, WA | 6-Month Contract | $66.00 per hour + Super
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join a major operational site in Cockburn on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in supporting maintenance and operational teams by ensuring essential equipment, spare parts, and materials are received, stored, controlled, and distributed efficiently.
Working within a busy industrial environment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse and inventory activities while supporting site operations during a high-demand outage period. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and capable of adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store and issue materials, spare parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control processes
- Coordinate deliveries and material movements across site
- Conduct stocktakes and inventory reconciliation activities
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with site safety requirements and procedures
- Liaise with maintenance, operations and supply chain teams to support operational requirements
- Assist with planning and coordination of materials during outage periods
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse workplace
- Provide leadership support and guidance to the team when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator position within an industrial,
manufacturing, mining, utilities, energy or heavy industry environment
- Strong inventory management and stock control experience
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and outcomes
- The flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced operational setting
- A strong commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence
- White Card
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
Highly Regarded
- Experience working in a maintenance, power generation, process plant, manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
