Youfoodz Pty Ltd is seeking a Hygiene & Waste Team Manager to lead and develop a frontline team to deliver the manufacturing plan in a rapid-growing food technology company. You will drive team performance to meet production schedules while upholding safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities include leading daily washroom and waste operations, managing chemical and PPE stock, and driving continuous improvements to reduce waste and increase line efficiency.
