Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Identified Aged Care Assessor to join the ACAS team in the Hunter region. Role involves conducting IAT-based assessments to determine home support needs and eligibility.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, travel as required, and contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes within a culturally protected organisation.
