Inner West Council in Sydney is seeking a Digital Experience and User Experience Specialist to design accessible, intuitive, user-centred experiences for customers and staff. You will apply UI/UX expertise across Council websites, intranet and forms, informed by user research, analytics and feedback.

The role requires solid WCAG knowledge, information architecture, prototyping and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to translate findings into design improvements.
