Our Perth Branch is currently looking for a Part-Time/Casual Foreign Exchange Teller to join our team, working approximately 3–4 days per week.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing role where you will assist customers with foreign currency exchange and international money transfers while supporting the daily operations of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Process foreign currency exchange and international money transfer transactions
- Respond to customer enquiries in person and over the phone
- Accurately process transactions and maintain required records and documentation
- Handle, count and reconcile cash and foreign currencies
- Support daily branch operations and general administrative tasks
- Follow AML/CTF, KYC, customer identification,
transaction monitoring and fraud prevention procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
- Confident communicating with customers
- Comfortable handling cash and working with numbers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work 3–4 days per week
Previous experience in customer service, retail, banking, foreign exchange or financial services would be an advantage, but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
