The Role

We are seeking a Foreman to join the Brisbane team and assist with the delivery of projects valued from $1M to $5M+.

This role is ideal for a Junior Foreman, Leading Hand or Foreman with 1–3 years' experience who is looking to take the next step towards becoming a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.

Working alongside experienced Site and Project Managers, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of trades, subcontractors and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
- Assist with programming and day-to-day site planning.
- Monitor quality, safety and progress.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.




- Attend site meetings and toolbox talks.
- Identify and resolve site issues.
- Maintain site documentation and reporting.
- Support the Site Manager in delivering the project on time and to a high standard.

About You

- 1–3 years' experience in a Foreman, Junior Foreman or Leading Hand role.
- Australian construction experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
- Confident coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Trade qualification preferred.
- White Card and driver's licence.
- Ambitious and looking to progress into Site Supervision / Site Management.
