Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing vehicles for loading and unloading.
- Drawing back curtains, removing gates in a safe and effective manner.
- Securing loads prior to departure.
- General Yard duties as required.
- Loading and unloading linehaul units and local PUD vehicles.
- Liaison with both local staff, customers and receivers.
- WHS and COR compliance.
- Ensuring exceptional levels of visibility and service are provided to our customers at all times.
Key qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in working within a fast paced, high volume transport environment is a must.
- Current Forklift licence.
- Strapping experience is desired but not essential.
- Ability to adhere to OHS & Safety Regulations.
- Work in a team environment.
