Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Freight Handlers to join one of Australia's largest transport and logistics companies based in Tullamarine.
We have Monday - Friday shifts available, as well as ad-hoc work, with both AM and PM shifts on offer.
What's on offer
- $42-$48 per hour
- Tullamarine location
- Monday - Friday shifts
- Ad-hoc work available
- 4-8 hour shifts
- AM shifts starting from 6:00am
- PM shifts starting from 3:00pm or 6:00pm
About the role As a Freight Handler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling freight in a busy transport and logistics environment. The role may involve loading and unloading Trailers/Trucks, sorting and moving goods, and maintaining a protected and organised work area.
What we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Safety focused and hardworking
- Available for early morning or afternoon shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous freight, warehouse or logistics experience is highly regarded
