About the role

Our Front of House team plays a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience during every visit. As the welcoming face of BYD Geelong, you'll be the first face and voice our clients meet. This is more than a front desk role; it's an opportunity to create memorable first impressions and help set the tone for the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and welcoming customers and directing them to an appropriate member of our Sales team
- Offering and preparing refreshments for customers and guests
- Ensuring our customer lounge is welcoming, clean and well presented
- Answering and coordinating incoming telephone calls
- Stay up to date with product knowledge on the range and BYD's industry-leading EV/PHEV technology
- Working as part of a team and assisting with general Front of House duties as required, including Mercedes-Benz reception

About you

- Friendly and approachable, creating a positive first impression
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in working in a dynamic,



rapid-paced customer service environment
- Takes pride in their personal presentation and workplace environment
- Sound Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reception experience preferred but not essential
- Available and committed to work each Saturday, 9am – 4pm
- Flexible to cover additional shifts as required
