Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across Longrain restaurant and Longsong cocktail bar and events space
- Work efficiently and calmly during busy services
- For Waiters: provide quality dining service with strong food and beverage knowledge
- For Bartenders: prepare cocktails and beverages with confidence and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members and support colleagues across all areas
About you
- Experienced Waiters and Bartenders with genuine passion for hospitality
- Confident, warm and engaging personality
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy services
- Team-first attitude and willingness to get involved
- Strong interest in food, cocktails and the Melbourne hospitality scene
- For Waiters: experience in quality dining and natural approach to guest service
- For Bartenders: cocktail experience and beverage knowledge
