The Role

We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team on a part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming and hosting guests
- Conducting wine tastings (training provided if needed)
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with general venue presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting functions and events when required

About You:

- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Well-presented with nice communication skills
- Reliable and able to work weekends and some public holidays




- RSA certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Wine knowledge is an advantage but not essential
