WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

We are looking for experienced Front of House staff to join our busy and friendly team.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous Front of House / hospitality experience is essential
- Barista experience and ability to make coffee confidently is essential
- Able to prepare a range of coffees, including latte, cappuccino, flat white, long black and other standard café beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience taking orders and using POS systems
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, rapid-paced environment
- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting customers
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately




- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Serving meals and clearing/resetting tables
- Processing payments and operating the POS system
- Maintaining clean and organised FOH and coffee areas
- Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
