Your Reformer is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead P&C; for a 12-month fixed-term, part time role while the current manager is on parental leave.
You will partner with the Founder and leadership to shape performance, culture, policy and learning across AU, US and UK/EU, building a lean, AI-enabled P&C; function.
