OverviewWe are looking for an Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our park stays well-maintained, clean, and inviting.
You will be responsible for all grounds maintenance duties, ensuring that green spaces are immaculate and that facilities are kept in top condition.
This role offers a variety of tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors.Job DutiesCutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standardsTrimming hedges and maintaining shrubberyLaying bark and maintaining flowerbedsGeneral gardening duties, including planting and upkeep of green areasCollecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areasDistributing deliveries to relevant departmentsAssisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodgesSupporting other departments with ad hoc duties as neededEnsuring compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulationsLitter picking and keeping park areas cleanRequirementsPrevious experience in grounds maintenance and gardeningAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills and the ability to work under pressureA professional attitude and a positive, can-do personalityExperience in caravan park environments is an advantagePlumbing experience would be beneficial, though not essentialWillingness to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a neat appearanceFlexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the parkAt Park Holidays UK, you'll be part of an industry-leading organisation where you'll be challenged, inspired, rewarded, and empowered to grow.
