Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our close-knit team on an FMG Project, with the potential to progress into a Leading Hand role for the right person.

In this role you will primarily conduct Road/Track maintenance, often in a remote environment. This may include operation of a 6-wheel Watercart or Flat Drum Roller at times, as our crew consists of between 2 and 4 operators on site at any one time.

Accommodation is provided with comfortable camp facilities and excellent meals while on site.

Please apply if you believe you meet the following:

- Experienced in road maintenance with a preference for civil construction experience.
- Minimum HR licence (HC/MC higher preferred)
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- Relevant Operations Ticket
- FMG inducted (Highly desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills of different seniorities
- Able to demonstrate a history of safe work practices.
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
