Guest Service & Motorhome All-Rounder

Cruisin’ Motorhomes is looking for a friendly, reliable and practical all-rounder to join our Sydney branch. You’ll welcome guests from around the world and help them start their motorhome holiday with confidence. You’ll also work with the team to keep our vehicles clean, well presented and ready for hire.

You’ll need to be equally comfortable serving customers and rolling up your sleeves. This active role combines guest service, driving, vehicle washing, some interior cleaning and basic maintenance.

Your responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist with motorhome pick-ups and returns.
- Explain rental paperwork, process payments and answer guest questions.
- Demonstrate how to use the motorhome’s features and equipment.
- Inspect vehicles before and after hire, record their condition, and report faults or damage.
- Drive motorhomes to and from other locations as required.




- Wash motorhomes and assist with interior cleaning.
- Carry out basic maintenance, including checking fluid levels and minor upkeep.
- Assist the maintenance team and keep branch work areas clean and organised.

What you’ll bring

- A practical attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with outdoor work and the physical tasks involved in washing and preparing vehicles.
- A current full driver’s licence valid in NSW and confidence driving larger vehicles.

Experience in customer service, vehicle rental, detailing, cleaning or basic maintenance would be helpful. Training in motorhome demonstrations and our rental procedures will be provided.
