Marketing & Web Delivery
Full-time • Hybrid • Perth, Western Australia The Role
Our clients trust us to run their marketing campaigns and web projects without drama. We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer and experienced project manager who can take ownership of the work and get it delivered, not just coordinate it.
You'll own a portfolio of clients. You'll be the relationship contact they rely on, and the person internally who makes sure the right work gets delivered, on time, to a high standard, without needing to be chased or checked on.
This isn't just a coordinator role. You'll work collaboratively with our whole team to execute projects: briefing designers and developers, running campaigns and web builds, QA'ing everything before it ships, and solving problems before they become issues.
We're looking for someone who brings fresh energy and raises the bar for how we run accounts, with a genuine path to leading a delivery pod as we grow.
Your Mission
Own a portfolio of client accounts and independently deliver excellent marketing and web work, on time, on scope and to Fileroom's quality standard. Build trusted client relationships, create clarity for the delivery team and take end-to-end accountability for turning agreed strategy and scope into completed work, with autonomy and a path for development.
What You'll Own
Client Relationships & Account Management
- Own a portfolio of client accounts. You're the relationship contact and the person accountable for outcomes
- Build genuine, trusted relationships with clients and understand their business, goals, and challenges
- Run onboarding, kick-offs, and recurring WIP meetings with confidence, keeping clients informed and reassured
- Spot and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely solve client problems
Campaign & Web Project Delivery
- Reporting to our Growth Marketing & Web Solutions Team Leader, and working collaborative with our Digital team to translate strategy into clear execution plans
- Plan, run, and deliver marketing campaigns and website development projects from scope through to launch
- Turn strategic direction into transparent briefs and project plans that production teams can execute against
- Project manage timelines, budgets, and quality across every account in your portfolio
- Keep work allocation and project tracking accurate and current
Team Coordination & Quality Control
- Direct designers, developers, and specialists on your projects, giving them clear context so they can do their best work
- Coordinate with our leadership team to ensure campaign and web delivery aligns with strategic intent
- QA all client deliverables against the brief, requirements and Fileroom’s quality standards before they are released
Autonomous Delivery & Problem Solving
- Manage your accounts and projects with confidence, ownership and accountability
- Identify risks early and take reasonable action to resolve them. When escalation is required, clearly explain the issue, impact and recommended solution
- Contribute ideas that improve how we run accounts, campaigns, and website projects
What You Bring
- 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering marketing campaigns and website projects with real ownership of stakeholder management and project outcomes, not just coordinating tasks. You can manage competing priorities, budgets, resources, dependencies and deadlines without needing someone else to keep you on track.
- A strong understanding of integrated marketing approaches from strategy through to execution. You can take strategic direction, turn it into an actionable plan, brief the right people giving them context and clarity, drive the work forward, while holding delivery to Fileroom standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing website development projects. You're comfortable working with designers and developers, managing scope, timelines, content and QA, and taking a website from brief through to launch.
- Hands-on digital marketing capability. You understand how campaigns actually work across channels and can confidently work with landing pages, email marketing, CRM, automation, content, paid media and reporting. You don't need to be the specialist in every channel, but you need to know enough to lead the work and challenge it when needed.
- Confidence owning senior client relationships. You can lead WIPs, kick-offs and difficult conversations, manage expectations, identify opportunities and become someone clients trust to get things done.
- Practical HubSpot experience particularly Marketing Hub, Content Hub and CRM, with an understanding of campaigns, automation, reporting and how HubSpot supports the broader customer journey.
- Practical experience using AI in marketing and delivery. You're already comfortable working with LLMs and AI tools to research, plan, create, analyse or improve how work gets delivered, and you're curious about where agents and automation can take this further.
What Else Matters
- A background in industrial marketing, and B2B eCommerce, is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, where you are comfortable leading a room
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball
- Self-motivated and have a genuine ambition to grow into a leadership role
You're a Great Fit if You Strive for Results & Are Accountable
You own the outcome, not just the task. If something's not right, your natural state is to fix it. You don't pass problems up the chain without solutions.
Have an Inner Fire & Are Self-Motivated
You see what needs doing and you do it.
You manage your own time and priorities like a professional.
Have an Eye for Detail & Are Excellence-Obsessed
You take pride in the work that goes out under your name. You QA everything. You care about the details.
Understand & Respect People
You have high emotional intelligence and can read the room. You know when to push and when to reassure. You build trust with clients and team members naturally.
Resourceful & Get Things Done
You don't wait to be told. You figure it out. You find the answer, the person, or the workaround. You make things happen.
Collaborative & Enjoy a Team Environment
You work seamlessly with strategists, designers, and developers. You brief clearly, you give context, you help people do their best work.
Curious with a Growth Mindset
New tools, new clients, new challenges: you lean in. You're learning constantly. You’re passionate about marketing, AI, and technology.
Nice to Haves
- Graphic design skills or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
- Marketing automation experience in workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle campaigns
- HubSpot certifications across Marketing Hub, CMS, or Sales Hub
- Curiosity about AI and technology, and the future direction of marketing
- Experience working with remote teams
Career Growth Opportunity This is a genuine growth opportunity as we continue to strengthen our marketing and web delivery practice.
Starting out: You'll own a portfolio of client accounts and their day-to-day delivery, running marketing campaigns and website projects from scope through to launch. You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing & Web Solutions Lead and specialist team, while taking ownership of client relationships, project delivery, coordination and quality across your portfolio.
Within 12 to 18 months: As we grow, there is an opportunity to lead a small delivery pod, mentoring and coordinating team members, while further developing the client relationships of your portfolio.
Beyond that: The role can develop towards an Account Director or Client Services Lead, depending on the growth and structure of the agency.
If you're someone who wants to build something and be trusted to run it, rather than just take a job this opportunity is for you.
