We operate professionally managed serviced apartment accommodation in Sydney CBD & surrounding suburbs and are looking for a reliable casual team member to assist with guest check-ins and arrivals.

This is a practical, face-to-face role meeting guests onsite and helping them settle into the apartment.

The Role

- Meet guests at apartment for check-in
- Verify ID and booking details
- Provide a brief orientation of the apartment and building
- Handle keys / access and basic arrival queries
- Escalate any issues to management when required

Hours

- Casual role with adaptable shifts
- Mainly afternoons and evenings (check-in dependent). Must be available Friday.
- Extra shifts available during busy periods and major events

About You

- Friendly, reliable and well-presented
- Comfortable dealing with guests face-to-face
- Fluent in English
- Smartphone-savvy (WhatsApp, photos, basic forms)




- Able to walk between nearby CBD buildings and drive to surrounding suburbs

Hospitality, hotel, Airbnb or customer-facing experience is essential.

Pay

- $30–$35 per hour depending on experience
