Store Manager

What you'll be doing n

Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
n
Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
n
Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
n
Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
n
Develop and inspire your team to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
n




Keep it protected by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
n
Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm
n

Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused role
n
