Casual Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor n
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the overnight operations of the hotel.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Providing warm, professional and efficient service to guests throughout their stay
n
Managing check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries
n
Handling reservations, room allocations and guest requests
n
Processing payments and completing daily financial transactions
n
Conducting the overnight audit and balancing hotel accounts
n
Preparing and reviewing daily reports
n
Responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a professional manner
n
Conducting regular overnight security and safety checks
n
Monitoring the hotel and responding appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
n
Maintaining accurate records and completing all required night audit procedures
n
About you
n
Previous experience in hotel reception, guest services or night audit
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n




Confident working independently and making appropriate decisions overnight
n
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
n
Reliable, responsible and well presented
n
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
n
Good computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems quickly
n
Flexible and available to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
Previous Opera PMS experience and Night Audit experience will be highly regarded
n
