Austin Health in Melbourne is seeking a Strategic Workforce Operations Lead (Physiotherapist) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Grade 1 and Grade 2 physiotherapy workforce across campuses. You will work with Education Lead and senior leaders to strengthen workforce capability and recruit/retain talent.

The role drives graduate and early-career programs, supports cutting-edge workforce models, and contributes to departmental strategy, quality improvement, and service innovation.
