Box Hill Institute is seeking an ICT support qualified to join our frontline service desk, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance to staff and students across campus sites. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role integral to teaching, learning and day-to-day operations.

This full-time, ongoing role offers on-site and remote support with device provisioning and asset management, at a starting salary of 70,387 AUD plus super.
